Refund policy

- Refunds are processed by Hotmart, our payment platform.
- Once approved, the money returns to your payment method in 5 to 30 days depending on the method used.
Payment platform
All Health Academy course and ebook purchases are processed by Hotmart. Refunds are managed directly through their platform. Hotmart's refund policy takes precedence over these guidelines.
Time window
In most jurisdictions, a 7 calendar-day right of withdrawal applies from the moment of purchase. In the European Union the right extends to 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive.
After the window, refunds are at the team's discretion and are only granted in exceptional cases (persistent technical issues, billing errors, etc.).
How to request
- Sign in to your Hotmart account (app-vlc.hotmart.com).
- Locate the purchase under "My products" or "My payments".
- Click "Request refund" and follow the steps.
- If you can't find the option or have trouble, write to Hotmart support or to negocios@richardsuarezu.com.
Processing time
Once the request is approved, the money is returned to the original payment method. Typical timelines:
- Credit or debit card: 5 to 15 business days.
- PayPal: 1 to 3 business days.
- Bank transfer or boleto: 7 to 30 days, depending on the bank.
Exceptions
Refunds do not apply when:
- The legal time window has passed.
- We detect misuse of the product: bulk download with intent to redistribute, fraud attempts, or violation of our terms.
- Repeated refund requests have been submitted for the same product across multiple accounts.
Dispute resolution
If your refund was rejected and you believe you are right, you can appeal by writing to negocios@richardsuarezu.com. You can also contact Hotmart customer support directly or your country's consumer protection authority.
