4. Purchases and delivery

Course and ebook purchases are processed through Hotmart. By purchasing you also accept Hotmart's terms. Delivery of the digital product is immediate after payment confirmation: you receive access to the learning platform and/or the downloadable file directly from Hotmart.

If you do not receive your product within two hours of confirmation, first check your spam or promotions folder. If it still does not appear, write to negocios@richardsuarezu.com with your receipt.

5. Refunds

You have the right to request a refund according to Hotmart's policy applicable to your country. See details in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content — text, designs, photographs, logos, videos, audio, code, and course materials — is the property of Dr. Richard Suárez or used under license. It is protected by copyright law.

By purchasing a course or ebook you acquire a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to consume the content. You do not acquire rights to:

• Redistribute, sell, lend, or give away the material.
• Reproduce it on social networks, blogs, other platforms, or in publicly accessible groups.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works.
• Use the material to train AI models.
